I AM Intention Tracker
Your I AM Intention Tracker is designed for you to transform and shift your thoughts and your verbal language to align with Exspeaktations. This book is to be used for the next 21 weeks, broken down in 21 one-week steps. It takes 21 consecutive steps to form a new habit and this Intention Tracker will help you achieve a new, heightened awareness of your communication with others, and your self-talk with yourself.
Each week you will be introduced to an important concept to help you on your journey. Following each step, there are a series of thought-provoking questions so be sure to take your time to really think about your responses. This exercise can be done individually or in small groups and each step should take between 15-30 minutes to complete.
